Clear and proportionate
Privacy notice.
This notice explains what information is handled when you visit Site Pack AI, test the prototype, email us or send prototype feedback.
Who is responsible
Site Pack AI Ltd is the controller for personal information it receives directly.
Company number: 17432805
Registered office: 2 Capehall Cottages, Bristol Road, Cambridge, Gloucester, England, GL2 7AW
Email: support@sitepackai.co.uk
What is handled and why
Website visits and SiteAnalytics
IONOS hosting and SiteAnalytics process the referring page, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and an anonymised IP address used to estimate access location. SiteAnalytics uses a pixel or server log and does not use cookies. We use these statistics to understand aggregate use, improve the website and maintain its security and stability.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: operating a secure, reliable website and understanding whether the public prototype is useful. IONOS states that this visitor data is anonymised on collection, is retained for eight weeks, is not passed to third parties and is not transferred to countries outside the EU. Read the IONOS SiteAnalytics information.
The public prototype
In the current prototype, the answers you enter and any logo or photograph you select are handled locally by your browser to create the pack and downloads. Site Pack AI does not receive or store those answers or files. Do not enter confidential, sensitive or special-category personal information.
The prototype is hosted through OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites. Like other web hosts, that service may process routine technical request data to serve and secure the page. You can read the OpenAI privacy policy, including information about international processing and safeguards.
Emails, interest registrations and feedback
If you email us, we receive the sender address, message content and any details you choose to include. We use them to answer the enquiry, handle prototype feedback, or provide the product updates you requested. For enquiries and feedback, our lawful basis is legitimate interests and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before a contract. For optional product updates, our lawful basis is your consent; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
The feedback page prepares an email in your device's email app. Nothing is sent to Site Pack AI until you choose to press Send. We do not sell personal information.
Where the information comes from and whether it is required
Website technical data comes from the device and browser making the request. Email, interest and feedback details come directly from the person who chooses to contact us. Providing direct-contact information is voluntary, but without a return email address we may be unable to reply or provide requested updates.
How long we keep direct correspondence
We normally retain enquiry and feedback emails for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete them unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, accounting obligation or an ongoing customer relationship. We remove people from optional update lists when they withdraw consent.
Sharing, transfers and your choices
We use IONOS for website hosting and business email, and OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites for the current public prototype. These providers may process technical or correspondence data as described above and under their applicable terms. We do not currently use advertising trackers, sell visitor data or make decisions about people using solely automated processing.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information; restrict or object to its use; and receive portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use. Some rights have legal limits.
To exercise a right, ask a question or request removal from updates, email support@sitepackai.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
No cookie banner is needed for the current Site Pack AI pages because we have not added non-essential cookies and IONOS SiteAnalytics is cookie-free. If the technology or data use changes, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before the new processing begins.
